Welcome Week

Hello and welcome to Zlín and Tomas Bata University! :)
We would like to greet you in an extraordinary style by a whole week filled with activities, competitions and new friendships. We promise it is worth it!

WELCOME WEEK SCHEDULE:
• 16.09. Sunday - Orientation Walk
• 17.09. Monday - Welcome Night
• 18.09. Tuesday - Country Presentation - Czech Republic vs. Slovakia
• 19.09. Wednesday - Tour de Pub
• 20.09. Thursday - Bowling night
• 21.09. Friday - Zoo Zlín
• 22.09. Saturday - Trip to Olomouc

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you want to attend the events from Monday to Saturday, you will have to buy a Welcome Week ticket or a Welcome Pack. You can buy them from 10.09. at our office. You will also be able to buy a SIM card and an ESNcard separately from the welcome packs.

TYPES OF ITEMS:
•Welcome Week ticket: Gives you access to all events.
•SIM card - Special Vodafone SIM card design for the needs of the exchange students in the Czech Republic.
•ESNcard: Gives you discounts on a local, national and international level. The card gives you a discount on all trips organized by us.
•Welcome Pack (all of the above + map of Zlín, information brochures and more - all in a great tote bag )

EARLY BIRD: (with registration)
•Welcome Week ticket: 800 CZK
•Welcome Pack: 1000 CZK

PRICE IN PLACE: (without registration)
•Welcome Week ticket: 900 CZK
•Welcome Pack: 1100 CZK

•SIM card: 200 CZK
•ESNcard: 250 CZK

TICKET SELLING:
•Tuesday 11. Sep - between 17:00 - 18:30 (5 - 6.30 p.m.)
•Thursday 13 Sep - between 17:00 - 18:30 (5 - 6.30 p.m.)
•Saturday 15 Sep - between 17:00 - 18:30 (5 - 6.30 p.m.)
